Make your dream landscape a reality! The most secure way to commit to your new investment is by seeing it on paper, it gives you and our team a clear plan and vision of the finished product. Great Basin Earthscapes, LLC offers high-quality landscape design services, we will help you visualize your dream landscape with a 3D rendering and we will produce CAD construction drawing that will be used during the construction process and that can be submitted to HOAs when required. We are ready to help regardless of which stage of the process you are in, whether you have initial ideas and sketches or have a blank page. We strive to provide our customers with the best possible service and support throughout the entire process, from the initial consultation to approval of the final design.

We take pride in collaborating with our clients to produce a design that meets their wants and needs while maximizing budget. We integrate our industry experience with your specific project goals in order to create a custom-designed landscape or outdoor living space that you will be proud of.

Our design process:

​

  1. Initial Consultation - The initial consultation will consist of an on-site visit where you will walk us through your property and we will discuss your wants, needs, budget and vision for the project and answer any initial questions.

  2. Preliminary Design Presentation - We will present our initial design along with an initial estimate to help make budgetary decisions, we will take all your feedback and requests, and make the necessary changes. We will make as many revisions as necessary to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with the design.

  3. Plan Review - After making the necessary changes, we will schedule a plan review with you to finalize the design, the materials that will be used for your project, and present the final estimate.

  4. Submittal of Final Design - We will hand over the final design to you along with a proposal for the construction of the project.

  5. Schedule the Project - Once we receive your approval on the final design and estimate, all that is left to do is get the project scheduled for construction.

How to prepare for a design meeting:

  1. Identify your budget - it is common for your complete wish list to exceed your budget. We are here to make recommendations throughout the design process, value engineer, and to help you plan accordingly whether it is financing or a phased approach

  2. Envision the use, vibe and style - Gather and share inspiration photos, and have a idea of how you plan to use the space.

  3. Prioritize your wishlist -This will greatly impact the design direction when given budget parameters
